Project Start-Up

An MRD Recruitment Partner will organise a “kick-off meeting”. We invest heavily in understanding and outlining your exact requirements up front. We would love to sit down with you to talk about your business, so we can truly represent your company in the marketplace.

Configuration and Testing

We will provide you with a clearly defined strategy along with agreeing timeframes and key deliverables.

Our approach will incorporate a wider market intelligence programme of talent mapping, headhunting and salary benchmarking. We will finalise the job description and agree on a suitable advertising campaign with industry-specific job boards and social media channels.

Calibration and Review

All relevant feedback, market intelligence and reporting is collated and presented to the client.

We will utilise our established database and wider industry network to engage with suitable candidates and present a finalised shortlist of candidates for interview.

Project Completion

We will take complete care and oversee the offer management process. This will ensure a smooth transition from the candidate handing in their notice to starting with their new company.

At the end of every assignment, we can provide you with a full report detailing valuable insights and feedback on your brand, helping to improve your future hiring strategy.
