Mike started the business with a decade of recruitment experience behind him. He is passionate about the opportunity to grow and develop MRD Recruitment, by providing an excellent experience for our clients and candidates.

Mike is determined to create and foster an inclusive working environment at MRD Recruitment. This will place significant emphasis on a flexible, fun and stimulating place to work. He is a committee member of the Scottish Food Trade Association which allows him to collaborate with like-minded business leaders across a wide range of industries.

Sam oversees our Technology division within MRD Recruitment. With over 17 years’ experience in the global IT recruitment market, Sam has developed an extensive network of trusted IT professionals, both locally and nationwide. He is very passionate about connecting high-calibre technology professionals with forward-thinking organisations. Given his extensive experience, Sam has a deep understanding of the ever evolving technology landscape.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, keeping active with family activities, enjoying a good whisky, and following his favourite football team.

Georgia is a Senior Resourcing Partner specialising in procurement and supply chain recruitment across the UK. Georgia has over four years’ experience helping businesses secure high-quality, hard-to-find talent.

She partners closely with both clients and candidates across a wide range of procurement and supply chain disciplines. Georgia is well known for her tailored and consultative approach. She is very passionate about taking the time to fully understand each organisation’s structure, culture, and long-term objectives, as well as each candidate’s career goals. This allows her to deliver well-matched, long-term hires rather than quick fixes.

Whether supporting growing businesses or established organisations, Georgia focuses on building trusted relationships and delivering a recruitment experience that is transparent, professional, and results-driven.

With extensive senior HR leadership experience, Fiona provides practical, commercially focused HR consultancy, and recruitment support, to our clients.

Having worked at HR Director level, Fiona brings broad expertise across the full colleague lifecycle, including employee relations, organisational change, people strategy, leadership development, talent and recruitment.

Through MRD Consultancy, she works in partnership with businesses, providing straightforward, pragmatic HR advice that balances the needs of people with the commercial realities of running a business.

Fiona also leads our HR division of MRD Recruitment.
