Mike started the business with a decade of recruitment experience behind him. He is passionate about the opportunity to grow and develop MRD Recruitment, by providing an excellent experience for our clients and candidates.
Mike is determined to create and foster an inclusive working environment at MRD Recruitment. This will place significant emphasis on a flexible, fun and stimulating place to work. He is a committee member of the Scottish Food Trade Association which allows him to collaborate with like-minded business leaders across a wide range of industries.

Evie joined the team in 2022, having studied BA (Hons) Human Resource Management at the University of Strathclyde. She strongly believes that employees are the most important and valuable asset for a company. This in turn sparked her interest and passion for entering a career in recruitment. Evie thoroughly enjoys interacting with both clients and candidates to create and foster long-lasting relationships.
